1. how will the voucher be. delivered?

I offer two beautiful options. You can receive a high-resolution digital voucher instantly (perfect for those last-minute surprises!), or I can send a luxuriously printed physical voucher in a premium envelope, ready for you to gift in person. Just let me know your preference.

2. how long is the voucher valid for?

To give your loved ones plenty of time to find their perfect date, especially new parents navigating those early weeks—all vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

3.what if they want to upgrade?

If the recipient decides they’d like upgrade their package, they can let me know ahead of the session and easily pay the difference.

4. Can the voucher be used for any location in Wiltshire or the Cotswolds?

Yes! The voucher covers sessions at any of my recommended outdoor locations or in the comfort of their own home within 20 miles of Royal Wootton Bassett.

5. Is the voucher refundable?

While vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, they are fully transferable. If the original recipient isn't able to use it, they are more than welcome to pass the gift on to a friend or family member to enjoy.

6. How do they book their session?

It’s simple! The voucher will include a unique code and my contact details. All they need to do is reach out via my website or email, and we’ll begin the journey of planning their bespoke session together.
